2012 Cheltenham National Hunt Festival Hospitality

For many people, the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival is the pinnacle of the jumping season. Every year thousands upon thousands of horseracing fans converge on the Cheltenham's Racecourse at Prestbury Park to witness a true great among sporting occasions. There is nothing quite like Cheltenham for excitement, as the time draws closer to the first race of the meeting and that, now legendary, roar from the crowd as the starter gets things underway.

There are so many great races over the four days, but probably the two most well-known are the Champion Hurdle and the Cheltenham Gold Cup itself. However, you will will be in for a treat whether you visit on just one day or stay for the week. 

In addition to the packages below, we offer several other services. We have access to our own tipster, Sean Trivass, also known in the world of racing journalism as 'Sir Ivor'. We also can supply a full range of personalised gifts for your guests to add that special touch. To make the travelling easier, we can provide helicopter transfers to/from the racecourse during the Festival - please contact us for further details.

GLASS-FRONTED BOXES

The glass-fronted boxes are located alongside the final two fences where many of the battles are won and lost as the horses and jockeys strive for supremacy going up the long hill to the winning post. From you balcony you can look out over the expanse of racecourse that sits at the foot of Cleeve hill

Whilst you will have fantastic facilities, the parade ring, winner's enclosure and the infamous Guinness tent are all in close proximity. Private boxes can be secured for parties of 40 people with private tables of 10 being available in a shared box. Places on shared tables are a further option and here bookings can be taken for 2 people and above.

There is a fantastic atmosphere in this facility, located in the heart of the tented village at Cheltenham. You are only 50 yards from the Guinness Grandstand, very close to the parade ring also and within an easy walk of the enclosures.

The Platinum Suite Marquee offers tremendous value made that bit better from the wise words of celebrity tipsters, legendary National Hunt jockey and Channel 4 Racing pundit, John Francome. Private tables are available for parties of 8 -12 guests, and places on shared tables can be booked for a minimum of 2 people.
